Congrats! And thanks for being around. And for teaching me that my inner voice is of advantage sometimes (what?? 😲).

🦹‍♀️ Congrats also on your graduation from cardiology, that’s amazing news! And btw I also love the community aspect of this place, which was also surprising to me, and I loooove your Recovery Tools posts!

Thanks Nuria, both for the congrats and for the feedback. That’s really helpful to know! I’ve got some more recovery info planned for an upcoming post, so stay tuned.

I’m just reading a publication that came out basically supporting the kind of approaches that patients already apply in ME&LC. I’m reading most of the recommendations thinking “we could have told you that”. With my background in biomedical research, my experience with illness has completely changed my mind on how crucial patient engagement is. I have found more relevant information for my healing journey from patients than from doctors (even though I have a really good doctor).

Nicely done Amy, I've enjoyed each issue so far - even if I often skim read due to PEM :)

I’m thankful for any little bit of attention from someone with ME/CFS. I know you have to make careful choices about spoon expenditure ❤️‍🩹

Metoprolol? You too? I bet you weren't taking it in 2019. Neither was I. Nor had a cardiologist. Neither did I. Now I'm facing surgery! Thank you Covid!

Happy first year! Congratulations on your first thousand! May you have many more... Not for your happiness so much as theirs!

Thanks Michael! (And no - I didn’t have a cardiologist either in the before times. I hope your surgery goes smoothly! This cursed virus…*shakes fist*)
