I was rooting for J Mraz because I’ve loved that man since I was 16! So I think I’m going to have to cheat off your paper and add some similar cat collages at the end of Subverse. Also The Family Stone is severely underrated you are correct!

Ha! I’m in the rizz biz 😜. Thanks for the congrats!

If your plagiarism involves cat pics, I can be nothing short of supportive. GIVE THE PEOPLE WHAT THEY WANT, I say.

Jason Mraz was FIRE. He totally could have won. I thought his freestyle dance was the best one, honestly. That Daniella is pretty incredible, isn’t she?

I have been trying nicotine patches for several weeks now - and yes, they do make significant differences for me with ME/CFS. As I am "only" mild to moderate, I didn't experience any extreme symptoms, when I started taking them, like others reported. And my progress wasn't sudden in huge steps, but more subtle. But they are there! I can only recommend trying them!

So great to hear, Julia! I think I will wait until after the holidays in case I have a bad reaction. I’m glad you have gotten some relief with them. Are you able to work while managing your symptoms?

Luckily I was always able to work even with ME/CFS. It got worse last year in April, which was the time we finally understood it was ME/CFS. But I was never below moderate, which I am so thankful for. Health has become my number one priority and I have been becoming better and better in small steps. The nicotine patches were a great help over the last months. Now I had two infections and winter asthma in a row, which is a bit of a setback, but I am positive that I can work myself up again.

And yes, it is a good idea to try the patches after the holidays - in Germany we call this time between Christmas and New Years Eve "in between the years" and often use it for resting and planing. Let me know how it goes with the patches!!

Thank you for sharing all of that, Julia. It’s my goal to get back to work someday. I’ll definitely let you know how it goes with the patches! I hope you’re feeling better after the infections and asthma?

Keeping my fingers crossed for you that you can get back to work someday!

The infection is still there, today I feel really bad. But luckily it is not Corona, so I am simply thankful for that.

Take it so easy! I just read an article about “long colds.” 😟

Our family doctor said on Monday that these colds are really strange this year. I have to google for "long colds"!
